One of Australia’s largest software providers, KarelCAD, has recently leased more than 1000sq metres at 62 Brandl St within Brisbane Technology Park. Previously close by at Logan Rd, KarelCAD is one of the largest providers of the Autodesk design software. KarelCAD Chief Executive, Paul Laycock said the building appealed for a number of reasons : ‘The new building has allowed the group to house all of our head office operations in one location. The additional space and ability to set up over 250 sq metres as a customer briefing and training centre, has led us to expanding a new hardware division focused on providing HP Hardware Australia wide. It is a great corporate environment and I believe it will help attract high calibre business people to our business.
